Agrees to the following:
- The renter will rent to the hirer one holiday villa, situated in Greece, Petra Mare Villa complex, Pallini beach, Kalithea, Halkidiki, consisting of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one kitchen-living room, fully equipped for the period _arrival ...-depart....(XX nights)_. The following persons will live in this villa during the agreed period:

- The agreed price is of ___________ for the entire period. The payment will be done as described bellow:
- Methods of payment-A 50% of the total cost is necessary until __________________ (or you can pay the amount upfront from the beginning). The booking is valid from the moment we accept your deposit in our bank account until the second payment is made. All charges for the hire of holiday accommodation are due for payment in full (less paid deposit) at the latest 60 days before the commencement of the hire period without a reminder (if not the booking is no longer valid). Payments should be made to .......................................................
- The hirer has to undertake bank charges relevant to the transaction.
- In the case the hirers will not be able to arrive, or arrive and want to leave agreed time they will not be allowed to enter and they will not be refunded. However it is upon our good will to find somebody to cover the hirer's place and to refund as much of the hirer's money possible. It is advisable that you have holiday insurance.
- The hirer will pay a ______ Euros of security fee upon arrival and/or one of the hirers passport may be kept until departure. This is refundable if the hirers do not cause any damage in the house or communal areas during their stay. Otherwise they will be held accountable for the cost of the damage caused.
- NOTE: that we are providing self catered and fully equipped villas. No other services are included in our agreement and any other special arrangements if they are not charged extra are totally on your goodwill which depends mostly on the behaviour of the hirer. Our agreement is for the prices and the specific persons we agreed. If any other visitors want to come to visit or stay, the hirer will have to ask for the written permission of the owner. If they are allowed to come they must also follow the conditions described here and are also liable for the same charges from your security fee.
- If due to any occurrence the accommodation is not available as booked, the owners will refund the money paid less the bank transfer charges in full but will be under no further liability towards the hirer.
- The hirers must respect the customs and culture or the local community. There are quiet hours from 22:30 until 09:00 and from 14:30-17:30. The hirers are also responsible for the legal use of internet connections. The hirers should not offend our community with violent or obscene behaviours. If something like that happens or if any illegal and/or dangerous for the community activities are revealed you may be asked or forced to leave. Additionally, each villa has a specific parking spot, and hirers should park there and not in neighbours parking slots. We have a very peaceful community and we would like to maintain it this way.
- The renter is not responsible for any liabilities for any chance or other events beyond our control such as earthquakes, fire, robberies etc. and any inconvenience or that may be caused due to them. The owners and their representatives are not liable for any construction imperfections or mistakes.
- Any of the houses presented are considered equivalent and interchangeable according to availability. Additionally, the descriptions in the website are as objective as possible. The hirer accepts responsibility of any risk that may be associated with objectivity upon booking. The owner or his representatives must have a reasonable access if he suspects there is something wrong or any type of repairs or emergencies occur.
- The hirer must accept that his booking is for vacation and not for living purposes, and that no right to remain in the villas exists to the holiday maker or any person accompanying him or her after the agreed departure date. If due to reasons related to the hirers' occupancy the villa can not be available in time for the next arriving customer then the hirer may be held responsible to compensate the next customer and owner.
- Any dispute will be solved by the courts in Thessaloniki Greece and according to Greek laws.
